Excessive Heat Warning in effect through 8pm Tuesday night August 7

The National Weather Service has issued an Excessive Heat Warning for San Diego County Valleys, Mountains and Deserts from 10AM Monday (August 6) through 8PM Tuesday (August 7) with expected highs of 98 to 106 in the inland valleys, and 110 to 116 in the lower deserts. Affected cities include Escondido, El Cajon, Santee and Poway.
