Current heat advisory extended through Tuesday evening

The National Weather Service in San Diego has extended this weekend?s heat advisory through Tuesday evening. High temperatures in the 80s and 90s along the immediate coast, rising into the 90s a few miles inland and well over 100 degrees further inland.

The County operates a Cool Zones program and has designated several air-conditioned buildings as cooling centers. Visit www.sdcountyemergency.com or call 2-1-1 for a list of cooling zone locations including hours of operation.
